Agreement to Terms

By booking or using services from Roshan Mehandi Artist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance for bridal mehandi and 2-3 days for other services.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team via phone or WhatsApp.
• Availability is subject to confirmation and may vary during peak wedding season.
• Accurate information (name, phone, event date, location) must be provided at the time of booking.

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing varies based on service type, design complexity, and coverage area.
• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon during booking confirmation.
• Travel charges may apply for locations outside Lucknow city limits.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor quoted prices.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance when possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges as discussed during booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Service Delivery

• We use only 100% natural, chemical-free henna for all our services.
• Service duration may vary based on design complexity and coverage area.
• We strive for punctuality and professionalism in all our appointments.
• Travel to venue services are available across Lucknow and nearby areas as confirmed during booking.
• Customization requests should be discussed during booking to ensure feasibility.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information and inform us of any changes promptly.
• Ensure suitable space and seating arrangement is available if booking venue service.
• Inform us in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities.
• Follow aftercare instructions provided for best color results.
• Be available at the scheduled time and location for service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in our services, mehandi color results can vary based on individual skin type, body chemistry, and aftercare. We are not liable for:

• Color variations due to individual skin differences
• Allergic reactions (though we use natural henna and recommend patch tests if concerned)
• Premature fading due to improper aftercare
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All mehandi designs, photographs, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Roshan Mehandi Artist. We may use photos of our work for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
